Every associate reading these Boards should grade their memberships immediately. Associate upgrades don’t count during challenges, so why do it. Hits the bottom line and makes a statement. Think it will be the demise of the company, no! Think it will affect your Sam’a share, no. No benefits in it anymore. I quit upselling it years ago.
Why would you ever buy plus? What do you get for the extra money?
Every club needs to bomb these everyday challenges they keep pushing. The members are tired of being asked, unless you have a large family or business it’s not worth it. If they want the $100 so bad then make the memberships a 100 dollars for God’s sake. They talk about first 5 then concentrate on making members happy, Jeep the lines down and gave people on the sales floor.
Why even bother with plus and credit, self check and scan n go aren’t asking. This company makes no f---ing sense anymore.
That’s right plus challenge every other week now! Maybe they’ll just charge $100 bucks to get in.
No associates... no plus or credits... Guess they can't do math.
The members don’t want self ch scan n go only the thieves use these services, can’t wait for inventory.
i somehow feel thats what all of the sams clubs are coming too ..there main worry is fresh ..they dont seem to care if there are any cashiers or floor people to take care of the members as long as there is somebody stocking produce and making sure the bakery has packers...lets not forget about the sudden big push on plus and credit ,..ugh
