Management doesn't post those figures, union does, for management they just stay below the federal guidelines counts , not to be reported to the labor dept, typically the modus operandun is ' targeting older workers close to retirement in many different places, to save $$$, and bypass federal protection guidelines for older workers, typically many are affected, I know, because I used to be a manager in ATO before my group of 11 was outsourced to India, but my Area manager kept her Job, priceless
