Yes! Hans is wise and benevolent! He is just and all knowing! He is 8 feet tall and wears long flowing robes and carries the 5G phone of wisdom with him wherever he goes! He will RIF the lazy and the stupid and preserve the livelihoods of all good girls and boys! You can write a letter to him at the North Pole and he will make all your dreams come true!

Or he’s a Swedish guy who got caught with his fingers in the cookie jar at his last job and got fired and VZ was completely insane to make him CEO.

People don’t complain they’re throttled because the unthrottled network is so slow to begin with they can’t tell the difference.
Another reason, why Hans is the CEO. He is going to RIF all of them. BYE BYE to all those who have done nothing for all those years.
This company is so out of touch, EVERY customer that I deal with wants to LOWER their bill, nobody wants to pay more....wtf! And why pay more??? Are we going to start throttling the other plans to make people switch? I've yet to have anyone say they've been throttled, I've seen over 100gb of usage on the go plans, nobody complains they were throttled. So why charge more unless you're going to throttle these lower plans to force people to pay more. I just don't get what this company is thinking, yet we'll be told how EXCITING this new news is. If they start to throttle these lower plans we will see another exodus to the other carriers, just like when Verizon said that nobody wanted unlimited data. We work for knuckleheads!!!
