The field has some many unethical secrets that should come to light. It goes way beyond jamming up msoc numbers . It's constant harassment and intimidation towards employees which caused techs and managers to commit suicide. We turned a blind eye on these issues and they haven't been addressed due to fear .
The people who targeted these individuals still work today in the company acting as if nothing happened.
