98% of the SSRs I know want to say they were “layed off” to their future employer, and in the meantime draw unemployment & decompress from the Hell Hole that is Corporate Owned Retail.
They are not scared-they are ready to get out. Not to mention the work load is just not there anymore. 1 SSR could do 2 or 3 stores easy. Why have 2 per store?
The rumors for SSR are to get people to quit or switch in fear. This gets people to find new positions or quit because they don’t want to risk it.
Seriously how many topics have been created in the past 2 years that x date was going to be day...
I’ve had 3 local SSR switch to sales because they though it was going to happen and it never did. For the company they still have to give these guys jobs, so aside from saving a few on a capped out ssr, now with the increase in hourly for sales there isn’t much to save.
