Force reduction management and non-management will be anywhere from 15-20% per team. You know where you stand on your team. If you’re the bottom 20% of whatever they’re looking at when making the decision start looking for a new job now.

What business channels?
So that means volunteers and contractors were already notified ahead of time before tomorrow's Friday Surplus announcements for FTE, is that right?
I was told FTE = full time employee. Maybe after volunteers are identified it will be contractors before forced surplus.
Is that Friday Surplus for all cities in all states? How about the contractors (temporary workers/employees)? Are they affected on this Friday surplus also?
