I.......am good. Not leaving yet. Keep jumping though, itll make the next round(s) of layoffs smaller once you cry babies keep leaving.
@TEMpyLa-ece saying "go to the wireless board" is as equally annoying....this one is more active, so more comments can be held. Seems like everyone here is either an annoying store employee, or an old fart saying how great things used to be....

You would complain too if you used to make big money doing things a certain way and are now having to do more and make less. Many would say they are finally forced to earn their money, and others say it's not fair to change the rules. Those looking in from the outside see a company trying to get their money's worth while finding ways to downsize by using performance criteria. This happens everywhere. No sales person should ever feel comfortable in their job, but the best ones should also be the higher paid people in the company. Maybe consumer sales isn't where it's at anymore for wireless. Company is easily able to track sales per store and per employee and seems to be proceeding accordingly. Sorry dudes.
To be fair @TEMpyLa-jzh, my perception is that 99% of the complaining done on here is by those who have a commission in their salary mix. They endlessly complain about pay structures, they complain about the age of customers, they complain about being asked questions about cell service, they complain about their bosses.
It seems sometimes that it's all complain, complain, complain.
Fruitless attempts were made to convince them to move their negativity to the wireless board.
The incessant complaining by them gets so tiresome.
I was hoping the OP would be ignored, but there's always one idiot willing to bite. Now that you have bitten and opened the door @jzh, what makes you think the OP is Union? The Union's generally not complaining about the way they're being treated, however others are. The biggest complainers on this board have no union affiliation. My guess is you're wrong in casting that aspersion.
