There's a downgrade out there now.

And this is a downgrade to "sell" because of too much debt. And too much debt means that they have to clean out any fat, including fat on payrolls.
I think AT&T will be in a race between rising interest rates and how fast that they can retire debt.
We can do better. 25% across the board.

Yeah, he cut the price target to $35. So, the price has gone up since the analysis. It is still a "hold" not a "sell" or "underweight".
Hold sounds just around right, and $35 sounds about right. The dividend yield puts a floor on the stock price, at least, until interest rates rise a bit more.
