Trump hates the deal, so they're announcing it when he's out of the country in N Korea talks. Also, it'll be buried in with all news of N Korea summit. Just what is wanted.

The deal is approved. Trump already got paid off. The Cohen money was just a distraction from the real $. Ivanka and Jared made $82 million.....and the other trumpkins?
Randy knows what he's doing. He dropped off a G550 full of $ off in bedminster....that is why they are recruiting for new flight crew.

If they pay the penalty, don’t appeal and move on it will be without Randall. He barely survived T- Mobile.
I think the timing is just a coincidence. There are plenty of real acts of conspiracy and obstruction, no need to invent new ones.
If the case is lost, I don't think AT&T will appeal. The reason is, I think AT&T will have to borrow to purchase Time Warner, and interest rates are rising over time.
Also, some aspects of appeal are confined to whether the trial judge abused his discretion, and those are hard appeals. I see them paying the penalty and moving on.
It certainly won’t be buried but the volume on it may be turned down. It’s going to be denied AT&T will appeal and lose.
