Business Aquisition Team

Each market launched a BAT team. What is the point of this when we already have a business channel?

The funny part is that the BAT teams do not have any access to support or real systems that they need. Most don’t have the training to be successful. They go around in circles to get help or to fix things to be told they don’t have access. The only team that knows how to do things is that mobility SWAT team and they are so slammed with escalations and they have been told NOT to support us by the leadership teams! 🤬

Think about it. Retail CSEs and BAEs are just useless specialty account executives who have everyone else selling for them. That position is on its way out. You get rid of mid market and all the managers/directors, etc, you save millions. You make a VPGM actually work by having the BAT team report to them.
