I want to see an EISP in the wireline call centers

I know the company would be happy to see a union member with 20 years gone and I am ready for a career change and look forward to a new beginning A win win for both! It’s apparent the company wants the union gone and went to great lengths to place the ability to offer an EISP without justification to the union within the contract Yet they don’t seem to be acting on it!

20 years?

Seriously? That’s a newbie anymore. Take a look around the last big hire was 2003. They wou have to let 3/4 of the workforce go to get down to 20 years service.

This is as silly as the people who used to run around claiming there was gonna be a 5 and 5. It ain’t happening.

An eipp has been announced for NY state CWA and MA and RI ibew members. Only about 170 union members in New York and 70 members in MA and RI have been declared surplus and will be able to leave on this current eipp offer. $10,000 bonus and $2200 for each year of service. Off payroll date will be 6/24/18.

Yes, an EISP is the only way to go. Good luck!

With the Lump Sum Buyout going down each time the Prime goes up we need a good offer to leave.

I agree. They want the young tech's here but they do not offer an eisp worth while. Let's hope right before the contract vx
