Randall is not going to be fired and will continue destroying AT&T. Deal with it! He and the upper level management are on a death wish.

Yes, Randall an idiot and has a big mouth. Mr.Cohen on the other hand as of yet has not been convicted of anything, so hold off on the hysteria until he has his day in court.

Don't cheer for Scott Ford. He previously sold Alltel to TPG for 1 of 2 reasons. His stated goal was so Alltel would have the financial backing to compete in the spectrum auction of 2008, and to become a national wireless carrier and live on to compete with the big boys.

The other would be the nice premium in the stock price that those at the top enjoyed through their own shares and options when the buyout occured.

We all know what happened, and we all know who wasn't hurt by the buyout. And bonus, now I'm on the Board at AT&T. Sweet!

I'm not saying ha made a bad move if you're in that position, I'm just saying he might bring more of the same "disconnect" from the real workers of AT&T

The level of corruption in the Trump administration far exceeds anything we have seen in my lifetime.

Saying they all do it like saying someone who jay walks is a criminal just like someone who is an armed robber of banks is a criminal.

The political system is corrupt and money has far too much influence but Trump was corrupt long before he ever went in to politics and for him the presidency is just another con.

Don't bet the farm on there being no illegal things found. According to AT&T, they were interviewed by Mueller's team during that time frame.

Mueller decided this was out of scope with regards to the Russian investigation, so the matter was referred to the U.S. Attorney's office in Manhattan (SDNY) who recently conducted a search of Cohen's office.

So, this matter is very much in play, the material seized during the search is yet to be reviewed by prosecutors, needing to be cleared by a special master in order to preserve any attorney-client relationships.

So, it is premature to conclude that no illegalities were found. Enough was found to establish the probable cause in that search warrant.

FBI investigated this back in November December time frame, apparently nothing illegal about it. So nobody going to jail, nobody getting fired. T has done alot more stupid sh-- than hire someone close to the president for information.

Be careful what you wish for. Last company I worked for fired the ceo and the new one was 10 times worse. Workforc shrunk and expectations went up and 6 months later boom no job.

Remember the margin he was just elected with, the Board is on board with Randy.

Not only should Randall be terminated but he should go to prison if it’s found he had any involvement in this deal and it was determined it was a violation of the law. It’s funny how all of us have to take ethics courses and abide by COBC but the leadership team seems to operate under different guidelines. Cohen was not a registered lobbyist and he, by extension, was a member of the administration. One thing is for sure: Randall is toast and those who were involved with this payment should lose their jobs too. It’s time to do your job, board of directors. Save our company!

He should have been fired after the failed T-Mobile merger. The fact the board didn't do it should have caused a shareholder revolt and got the board replaced. T-Mobile is alive and well thanks to the cash and spectrum from the failed merger agreement. What's going on now is the price of inaction by the board. Getting rid of him doesn't change the problem with the board. AT&T has bigger problems than just the CEO.

I heard there is a push to make Scott Ford one of the directors on the board CEO over John Stankey because he is an outsider with past experience as CEO of Alltel.
