Two SM's per store and possibly bottom 20%. Reps in Vegas market Just informed. Possibly ops and IT as well.
If this is anything like the last big layoff in November -- employees will be informed on Thursday, May 17th and their last day of work will be on June 29th. Meaning they would "technically" have six weeks to find work somewhere else in the company.
NE Market
SMB Indirect is getting 7 more AMs (currently at 14) for a grand total of 21. In addition, a third SMB DM is being added.
SMB Retail is getting additional head count as well, not sure of the exact number. SMB Retail ADs getting cut from 9 down to 2, but it looks like 7 will just have a title change from AD to Manager.
