This is horrible.... I can't slam hums if people don't come in. I know! I'll use sales force and five star! That'll get me my HUMS!!!
Why would you need to go into a store when you can do all your transactions online?

Apparently you can't even escape "hum" even if you don't go into Verizon stores. My wife got sent a promo for hum from Verizon today. And we don't use ANY Verizon products and never have.

Like I have said 1 million times people are buying online and not risking being slammed with a HUM. You can only screw the customer over so many times. Wells Fargo 2.0
