File a claim with the EEOC. They can tell you if there are any investigation/lawsuits in progress for Verizon Age Discrimination.

Where would be a good place to get information regarding potential class action suits? Regarding age discrimination by Verizon?

Also, I receved the WARN data, but it only includes a snapshot of those impacted/ not impacted for the date I was hit. It also only includes those rolling up to VES US.

Where could I find that information for other orgs and dates?
