Instead of getting rid of all of us little people, why not start with Dams and move up? We have 7 Dms in our state, I can see 2 maybe 3 tops, all these people do is get on calls all day and belittle the people below them. 5 stores in my district and we see the DM maybe once a month. This company is very top heavy, but hey lets keep whacking the people on the front line in the back of the head with a hum stick!!!

I work in the coastal Carolina area. We might see ours once every 6 months. What about the trainers? What training? When we do see ours, she comes and and is on her laptop.
I've seen my dm once this year, and that was in a district meeting. She hasn't been to my store at all this year. It's may. That's absolutely crazy.
