Tax breaks for corporations that outsource American jobs is wrong.

you are correct the company does get more bang for its buck when hiring internationally. In my opinion companies should face higher tax penalties when not bringing jobs to the US when most of their products are sold in the US or just keep all of your products internationally in the places to where you have the most employment. For heaven sake if I work in one state and live in another I have to pay taxes in both states. Most economists believe that trickle down economics works therefore they attest that giving high earning profitable companies tax breaks trickles down to the little man through Job creation. Unfortunately we have too many people in this country that buying into that hogwash. The average working person don't see benefits when companies offshore all of those jobs. Remember AT&T just profited from a huge tax break not too long ago. They gave it one time $1000 payment to all of us employees but they will be reaping the benefits and the hundreds of millions for years and years to come.

You already know this is happening. If you complacently wait around for it to happen, you only have yourself to blame.

Yes cost of living is high in the U.S. Does that mean the company should pay more for labor? Money is money, the company gets more bang for its buck hiring internationally.

American workers do not cost too much, the cost of living is much higher in the U.S. compared to India. That is just the typical management lie, which is secondary only to the main management skill of s---ing up.

Family wage jobs are what people who do the real work in this company deserve.

You want to talk over-paid, how about Randy? $78,000 every day of the year to tell lies and make stupid decisions.

Pretty much all jobs are under the gun to be outsourced overseas except field jobs (those go to low paid contractors) American workers cost too much...

Collaboration area is a bunch of BS. Loud, no privacy, who the hell can focus on their work. It is just some fancy terminology applied to "cheap workplace". We've become cattle awaiting slaughter.

This drives Summer's agenda that he keeps repeating in town halls and emails to move all work to his five main collaboration areas: New Jersey, Atlanta, Bothell, Dallas, and now India. If you are under him and not in one of those five prime locations, the handwriting is on the walls and it's only a matter of time.

ATO. - 12% cost reduction for 2018. Train keeps on rolling to 2020. If your not aware of the ongoing layoffs - Randy will make you aware, cutting budgets, cost reduction, headcount, coming to your area soon.

ATO Summers organization impacted last week.
