Just got over a mass VTP office of approx 170. At least 30 VTP offered, I believe 28 took them. Work back loaded and process continually changes. Union contract up as of 4/14/18. Constant rumors of layoffs. A great portion of work moved to Orange Park FL, currently located in Syracuse, NY - GBRT.
