Profit sharing payout is 1.5%....
You are assuming there is any money left to share after Lowell and his cronies get theirs.
@ edt, thanks but I meant the payout this year from 2017's profits. Coming on 3/27/2018 or 3/28/2018 I suppose then
@y-feb, STI and Profit Sharing are 2 different payouts. The Profit sharing goes in your 401K account.
Per my Fidelity summary, 2017 was paid out on Tuesday 3/28 and 2016 was paid out on Wednesday 3/23/16
