Firing HR Staff

So anyone here knows about how the firing of HR staff is going? Months ago there were posts that 30% of HR were getting cut.

The HR managers at WF were into misconduct themselves so one can't rely on them for a genuine issue about harassment or someone doing criminal things. Never go to HR but if you are dragged into HR you act like all bets are off and act like a caged pitbull who ready to kill.

HR is solely there to protect the company and it’s managers. They don’t give a cr@p about your complaint or what you get paid. They only protect the company from paying out big dollars for wrongdoing and pay just enough to keep the place staffed. As a former WF manager, my HRC use to tell me verbatim about ‘confidential’ or ‘anonymous’ complaints. Just remember, everything is logged to protect the company. Which could be your IP address if you file an electronic complaint, phone number if you call.

HR staff are there to protect management even if the latter is stealing money and rapin' employees and the company.

I complained to HR and lost my job shortly after. Remember, a confidential complaint to HR is not the same as an anonymous complaint.

HR staff at WF were completely useless while were into misconduct themselves so fire them all.
