Has any of the club's have their on club meeting to discuss what went on at the YBM. Just curious what was talked about.

This is true leads are doing audits and coming in at 5am to do them, not like we can come in at 10 or 1 to do them. They may as well kept audit team as it did not really go away! Not sure why they do t admit they made a mistake and bring them back.
Team Leads on the floor are now going to act as the audit team. Working 5am-1:30 pm shifts to do audits, test scan, researching audits. And other stuff mentions before.
To all the ones saying to go look on the wire, it depends on the day of the week and who you talk to any given day.
Some days the wire is the gospel by which all things are to be followed. Other days, "we don't follow that" or " I don't pay attention to that because it isn't always up to date/correct/doesn't apply to us"
Read the Wire people, it says that clubs are to have a YBM in each club to go over what was covered at YBM. The videos posted are mandatory watches for Asst. Mgrs and leads, then there are recommended videos also available.
I agree. This person asked a valid question and you get on here and try and make them sound stupid. Your the stupid one with no life. Hell, you probably don't even have a job. Lol! And as for asking your manager, we don't even have a GM and no one from our club even attended the meeting. Pretty sure not EVERYTHING is on the wire d-bag.

Not being cowards ..... we do ask , and Mgmt. Just says " I dont know " . So, how are we suppose to find out anything when no one says anything and we dont have time to spend looking on the computer ?
I don't think a lot of associates are getting a lot of info from their managers that's why they ask on here. After all that is what this site is for. You really think you are a know it all but your not. That's why you have nothing important to say ..Amd if all you do is get on here to make fun of people why don't you get a life instead... and yes you are a attention wh--e.....
