Look closely at all of the Verizon commercials. What is missing that is not missing in all of the other carriers commercials? Yes you are correct! No commercials with RETAIL stores in them. Why?

@okm, I believe you've hit the nail on the head. There's no other rational explanation.
I wouldn't say retail stores aren't going anywhere. In different areas nationwide, stores are quietly closing and being reopened the next day as premium retailers. It's not widespread yet because doing one small, underperforming location at a time gets very little if any media coverage so the company avoids negative PR. It just happened in my district. I would say if you're in a smaller, low performing store and you have other larger stores in your immediate area, that's when you should start to be worried, but in a lot of those cases they just shift the reps to open positions elsewhere in the district. It's only the managers that are just let go.

Anyway, Dude STOP. The retail stores are not going anywhere, for now. While we all know that the brick & mortar vzw won’t last forever, the next few years at least are good.
