Seeing an ET is a WS 32, and the most junior ET in my area was hired circa 2000, they will have plenty of opportunities in the state before having to accept a Wire Tech position.

You might not find something you want within the 35 mile radius but state? Shouldn’t be a problem. Lots of OPT’s and ST’s to bump. More than 15.

Yes they will bump into the field as co tech's. They have the time as they were left after the last surplus in 2015 where the center techs bumped the field techs. Those of us who bumped last time will get bumped now.

Curious.......will these ETs be allowed to bump back into field assuming they have enough service? (I think it would take about 20 years of service to do it.)
