If and When you receive the confidential email; will you stay or will you go? What I am asking is, What if You had a choice, what would You do?
When you receive the email what is your choice: to stay or to go?
What part of care do you feel here that makes you want to stay?
I feel a sense of created fear in attempt to make us run. No need to worry, I already have two feet out the door.
What about layoffs?
I have never heard of such a thing here. Layoffs are defined as a discharge, especially temporary, of a worker or workers.
Folks there is nothing more bold outside of b---s--- in your face. What about leaving and not coming back here leads you to believe your being laid off? It's a massive firing to sustain for what's to come.
Your being evaluated in a unique way; with or without knowledge of their intent.
What part of healthcare do you think insurance improves?
Well one distinct fact is at one point in time maybe we were all working towards the good of the group. Focused on our members, goals, change, and building bridges.
Greed worked against you and it was not you. You were trying to perform your job duties incorrectly as that is what you were told to do.
Complete assessments. Don't spend time listening. Now do the opposite, but wait because I'm gonna make more changes again.
What about confusion and or the opposite of the continuity of care do you see in this culture?

I will choose to live life again and pray all of you are living and or choosing to live life to the very fullest.
