I've been reading a lot of the recent reviews on Glassdoor, but I don't see anyone commenting about surplus or layoffs. I know it happens often, so why does At&t have such positive reviews on Glassdoor? Are they all fake? lol

I will be honest with you. My daughter is an area manager for a large company in the southwest. The company was not fairing well so my daughter had her many friends and some family members write great reviews on the company. So take whatever you read with grain of salt. We all know what is happening at our jobs. Prayers for everyone.
I would say fake
Interesting how big this company is and how many parts. It is an advantage the company has that those of us in IT know very little about what happens in the field and in the stores, and vice-versa.
It helps to keep us divided. But we know they are very slick, look at all the layoffs they do and there is such little public information or news about it.
I wonder if the court trial will shine any light on what T does to it's employees?
Lol, store managers, area managers and there are even directors who hate the company. There are people at every level who love the company and hate the company.
The reviews are real but there are some ERG groups that “encourage” people to write Glassdoor reviews. In addition keep in mind retail only represents 20% of the total workforce. Outside of retail many of the jobs have significantly higher engagement, think advertising, marketing, etc.
I always figured it was store managers pumping the company up.
Glasssdoor is the Yelp of job reviews don't believe for a minute that taco place is really 5 stars.
When I worked for Spring Mobile they made us write positive reviews for them. Now they're in such a downward spiral they can't control the reviews.
