I received a scheduled call from HP the other day and the caller ID said the person was calling from Greece. SMH.
It seems like eventually all of the jobs will be temp jobs or outsourced to another country... Im in the pharmacy call center side and it seems like everyone I transfer people to are all temps or from another country.. so much for career growth lol
this is terrible. I heard billing was informed last week. but no other details. and is it billing and enrollment or billing. they are different
