Are they moving In-Home experts from 1A to 1B?

My area had a 90% turnover on IHX and just put different top sales rscs in those positions. To which I told every one of them, good lucknwith that. They are having to meet with small business and what not to create events because the dispatches are a hard no 80% of their time
I’ve heard, from a couple of high up internal sources, the position will be scaled to a 1B and the salary range will be increased as well.
No. Their pay scale is well within the 1A range and doesn’t even reach where 1B starts.

This has to be the most overinflated job at AT&T. Someone’s head is gonna roll when the scam is up.
