My 401k will vest in two months hopefully this is nothing. I will keep everyone updated. They have grabbed the SMB store rep and pulled him into the managers office.

Damn, yea he clearly did something wrong. I wouldn’t speak anymore about his termination unless it’s related to other reps, etc... don’t want ish coming back on you.

Im back with an update they terminated him and sent him out the back door... The DM and HR have left for now. I gotta get the hell out of here this is to crazy.
Well an SMB rep wouldn’t be related to the store per se. Meaning pulling him in the office wouldn’t be related to you. And where is the SMB manager?
Sounds like your SMB rep is about to get canned. DM and HR are usually present for termination, even when it's only one person.
As best as I remember, vesting is at 20% per year. So if you are talking about full vestment, then you are already 80% vested.
OP youre screwed... why would a DM and HR travel together thats atomatically a bad sign.

if they lay you off with only two months until vesting that would be foul.
