Price is NOT the main one. CEO John Legere is the reason why. We have some old, outdated Harvard graduate, tie wearing happy man who is out of touch. We buy sh-- like Yahoo and AOL and we come up with creepy names like OATH. Im sirprised we dont own Earthlink or maybe we do. Legere makes his customers believe he listens to them. We know he is full of sh-- too. Verizon needs new, talented and competent leadership. They hire these young pricks to lead their districts... Only 10% are there by merit. Verizon doesnt even know who their clients are. Its an extremely sad company to be in.

And what’s worse is we’re getting leaders from different continents. Not even promoting from within anymore. Everyone needs to see the writing on the wall, if your not in an office or at a busy store or have an irreplaceable (something a computer can’t do) job out in the field then the end is near. Verizon is moving from the store model and transitioning to the cheapest way to do business. What Verizon doesn’t know is that all this will come at a cost and as always will make moves thinking they know the outcome but in reality do not.
I vote for brown midgets to lead us to victory then! Yeah!
Yes some of us noticed at a kickoff that all the top executives at Verizon were male and White. I didnt want to make anything of it but its there.
Here’s the problem with Verizon. Results don’t matter, what matter is how tall are you and are you male and caucasian... Verizon continues to hire the wrong leadership and wonder why results are why they are...put the best people in no matter race, creed nor gender..if not, continue to lose
Oh ya, get new commercials too...
Earthlink is owned by Windstream now. :-)
we missed out? lol

Just like any other large corporation, they are focused on making money. You’re concerned about outdated leadership but also contradict yourself with saying the district is run by young pricks. We should just hire all middle aged, middle class workers who need to load up their Enhanced 401K’s so they can retire and play golf all day. At the end of the day, you can change the head of a company of your liking, he or she will still have old money hungry board members to answer to. T-Mobile can go above and beyond to change the game, but once they reach the top, they will be no different than any other corporation. Combining T-Mobile and Sprint will just make the market a bigger Monopoly, now you just have one less Carrier competing against each other. As far as knowing who you’re clients are, it depends on what end of the business you’re on.
