Let's start a list of scams AT&T tries to pull off. Like stores giving warranty equipment but charging the customer for a DTV Now. Or signing people up for premium DTV by telling them an installer is coming out just to see if they have line of sight.

T frowns upon you doing equipment changes through their system because it generates a survey. Usually equipment changes are to fix problems and result in negative scores. But when you get a new phone you get the survey the next day and you're happy as hell and very rarely have any problems. So more people are inclined to give a positive survey. This is how A&T keeps getting JD Power customer service awards.
@-gky, piss off Mgmt douche
How about promoting sales reps that have over-inflated = shady numbers, into management. What moron thinks just cause you can pump up numbers makes you a good leader ? Then you take this person, give them a position of leadership and teach those under you shady sales practices. And so the culture begins.
Exactly! I've been saying that all along. The lying, cheating reps and their BS numbers hurt us all. God, I hate this company.
The scams cost us jobs. The reps who figure ways around the system through scams have over inflated numbers. This causes reps with integrity to have a lower standing and become expendable.
asset protections post? :’-)
I feel the same, but this is an information site for confirmed/announced layoffs by region and area; craft, manager, installers; mobility, landline, retail... I expect this will be pulled or left dormant.
