I was told at the time of surplus last year that surplussed employees wou8ld still get a pro rated bonus for the amount of time they worked that year. Has anyone that was surplussed seen any part of the bonus for 2017?

My last day was 12/15/2017. I called payroll and they said my paycheck was mailed on 3/6/18. I should be receiving it any day now.
My last day on payroll was July 21, 2017. I received my team award today, March 8, 2018.
Received my check today.
I was sent a check for last day on payroll in 2016 and a check for 2017 bonus.Prior pay was by direct deposit. The check arrived about mid March. My last day on payroll was June 30th, bonus was marked at 6/12th of full bonus. At that time the pro-rate was by month, not work days.
Bonuses should have been paid out in March 6 paychecks.
