If you are having issues with WM1 on your smart phone there’s a simple fix to try out

Step 1) restart phone

Step 2) throw phone in the bailer

Step 3) go eat a Tide pod

@qkc - the IT department is full of H1B types that are very good at repetitive type work like copy and paste, but most don't have an innovative bone in their body. Add to that all of the quality shortcuts taken over the years and IT is struggling many times just to keep the existing systems running. Not enough time or money to build new ones. If they do manage to create a new system It is buggy and obsolete by the time it is introduced. But they continue to trim the IT workforce and ship more and more work overseas.

This is of course my opinion.

There are issues with Walmartone because too many people access it at the same time. They could upgrade the servers but instead they'll be firing enough people that it won't be an issue because no one will be checking their schedule.

Perfect example of how bad Wal-Mart/ Sam’s club’s servers and .com business is .. anyone see what happened to the stock .. from $104 down to $88 .. reason .com and lack of growth..

I mean how long has smart system been around ??? I mean come on who uses that out of date technology. Our I.T department must have hired all the rejects that cant work for google, Amazon or any other technology company.

Schedule boards were taken down to my tote to associates. Associates were being solicited to against their will. Multiple complaints were made and the company responded.

I’ve worked for two other major US companies and WM/SC is ran exactly the same as those organizations. For those who hate the company, please consider employment elseware. You deserve to be happier... Me on the other hand, I have a home, car and food and more importantly I have the option to advance and make more money if I choose. All I have to drink is 1) show up 2) work hard 3) take care of members.

It has been longer than three pay periods. Associates have been having trouble with Walmartone since they took the schedule board away. Sorry you missed your shift or was late but is not the company's fault. Please they use cheap services and out of date equipment. And it some how is not their fault. Please if they cannot handle the traffic from their own associates on their servers then they will not be successful in growing their e-commerce business. People do not have the patience to try, try, try again they will just go elsewhere.

Associates should have reliable access to the site because management can make changes to schedules and it takes affect in two hours. This can cause for lack of communication to the associate. Associates need to put in for time off after the third scheduled week but they don't get the same respect. That is why we deal with high call in rates. The turn over rate is ridiculously high. With the changes in how we hire it is only going to get worse.

Add to the turn over, poor equipment, out of date programs, new programs that don't run properly, poor training, and the company doesn't have anything to do with these failing issues? Associates have their own faults. Laziness, low morale, slow, poor attendance, to name a few.

Of course it's the company's fault. Why wouldn't it be. Must be nice being a little b--ch and blaming everything on the company

What a joke!!!! This company just can’t get it right. They love screwing with their associates. Why do they have to update there system when their associate want to view their pay stub with samshare and tax credit. Although I am not a bit surprised. So when is the ETA on this matter? This is very frustrating!!!!!
