Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Questions for those in stores?

Why isn't anyone objecting to the IHE program as a violation??? They are management employees performing bargained work (Sales!) in the same areas that stores exist. They brag that they can offer customers better deals than in store. Managers in retail stores should be pissed and encouraging their union employees to fight. Why aren't they housed in the stores instead of hiding at other locations? Why are they driving brand new cars to jobs to meet techs driving vans with 200,000+ miles that are falling apart?

The IHE program sh--s on bargained workers and it wont be long before they organize and have legally stolen your work.

We have IHE that come into the stores and do sales and they give the stores DTVs or make sure the Dtv installs happen if the tech starts to act up.

It’s messed up but they don’t get paid on dtv so for them they don’t care. They need GA which the store has plenty,

I love how the union said they were going to stop in homes from continuing and yet nothing has happen. It’s litterarly he same job.

It’s not all new customers, they also go to existing customers houses too.

Because these are customers of other wireless companies, these customers would never be walking into our retail stores. They either purchased dtv over the phone, internet or a place like Costco. If anything, it allows stores to gain customers in the long run because in the future those customers will come to the store to do future business.
