Do prem techs also install dtv?

Not for nothing but the contract installers they have in the NE are terrible. They refuse to go on roofs, make weird excuses about not having LOS when they don’t even attempt to check.

There seems to be no quality assurance on their work, and a lot of installs don’t happen because of it. They really should have a in-house team that handles it otherwise it’s going to turn into the headaches of digital life all over again.

I had to have 2 installers come out to me, the first said no line of site. Didn’t even try. I had to research and find out what sats are used and where they are located in the sky. Saw that los would not be an issue and had them come out again and had to convince the installer it would work...

How does a person with 1 maybe less than an hour of personal research and little knowledge of installation have better insight than someone who does his daily?

I understand the end game is to have dtv over wireless cell but currently it’s not and they need to fix it.
