Why would you want to continue as a sams mgr. When you see what is happening with people that have dedicated there lives to
this company sacrificing there family life and giving their utmost loyalty only to get fired for a cheaper replacement. Well, go on and count your days. You too will be replaced.
Not sure BUT another manager and myself were displaced and an associate who just finished MIT was placed into a manager position. Makes me wonder how the selection process really went down since they said it was based off that performance and talent eval we all took. How does an associate in MIT take an eval that was sent to all manager’s e-mail a couple of months ago???
