What was your position? Were you offered something else or displaced? Tenure? Years of Experience? College education or no? Coachings? Performance?
It may be just a survey answer crapshoot, but maybe there's to the new "minimum requirements"

7 year manager with Sam’s, no coachings ever, no performance reviews under a solid ever, bachelors degree, and worked at several locations while advancing with the company.
I’ve been with the company for 4 years. Manager for 5 months and was offered to keep my job. GM was shown the door after massive growth over the last couple of years. Makes no sense then our co gm was offered a position half way across the states.
I was with the company for over ten years before I left, returned for over a year. My guess is the company forgot what a merch 1 and 2 was. I had plenty of experience with fresh, but told I wasn’t “fresh aligned” at my displacement. No real rhyme nor reason to the displacement, oh well, 60 day vacation.
I know who this is... you worked at my club. A lot of people thought you were tough but I thought you still did well at your job. Just know that in my opinion as someone who was more than just an associate and got to see a lot of the big picture, I don't think it had to do with your performance. I think It had to do with the fact that our market manager either had to admit to our clubs poor performance over the last year and lose her job, or fire people. It's heartless.
I was an APM up until Monday when I was "displaced." I was an APM at Wal-Mart before moving to Sam's. Just shy of 5 years with the company. Military veteran and I hold a bachelor's degree. I was a top performer in my Market in regards to shrink, investigations, compliance....none of that mattered. It just is what it is.
