Heard they could be downsizing DMs with this skip level market meetings. Any one know anything? Heard the lay off would happen in March/April.

The front doors are open to anyone that walks in from the street, VZW has never understood this concept and your right there is no security in our stores, if there is any type of escalation the solution managers don't get involved and many times take the side of these bullies or simply run away and go in the back, one day I can say serious things and violence will happen , I pray that the t doesn't happen at our location.
The biggest problem VZW stores have is the lack of security in the stores for the front line workers, I have seen2instances in 3 days were the customers have aggressively confronted An employee with aggressive behavior, to the point of being personal and racist were store management did not get involved and were the the person who walked in the store became too"aggressive toward the employee, this with employee witnesses and on security cameras, I was shocked at the behavior of these people and the lack of management help of taking customers sides ! This a lawsuit waiting too happen, I have not witnessed this blatant abuse for no reason by customers in stores and it's getting worse.
Shouldn't stop at dm, should crush director level too. Bunch of useless overpaid non-contributing morons
Fire them all, let the government sort em out.
