I would say it is fairly likely that jewelry leads are not safe. Our club basically had one jewelry associate she retired in October and they decided not to replace her. Technology associates and the COS have been running jewelry since and there isn’t anyone in there full time they only attend to jewelry when a member needs assistance. Also our technology lead put in his two weeks notice sometime last week and when he did they told him 2 weeks were not required and he was finished that day and the job opening has not been posted for anyone to apply for it so I would assume they aren’t going to fill that position.

As a fellow hourly lead and in hopes to not be ridiculed by mr hateful above I guarantee there will be further changes for hourly associates. Everyone has a right to be concerned as 3 team lead positions have been pretzeled or eliminated in recent years. My belief is they will let the storm calm from the manager displacement that is occurring this week and information on hourly changes will be announced post ybm. Mr. Hateful above may not understand that many of us whiny hourly leads not only work our asses of but lost friends and in some cases family when managers were displaced today. Its only rational to think about further changes filtering down to hourly associates. They were not spreading rumours just reaching out for a small glimpse of their future with the company. Lay off and let them search for a glimmer of hope or understanding.

Believe it, something is coming. Our DO told us directly while explaining the management changes. They were not fired by displaced and could find another job within the company. What a load of crock... there are no jobs in either company... unless you want a cashier, but wait those positions are going way to.

DO told us ...this was just phase 2 there are 2 more phases this year...26

My club is less than 30 miles from home office. There are more than just rumors in my club that there is to be another list revealed. What is unknown is what the list will be. I speculate lead/associate terminations.

Again. I said “right now” there are no changes to hourly positions. You are hearing what u want to hear and obviously love the drama. Obviously by your attitude you will prob be displaced whenever it does happen.

Youre a fu**ing idiot if you think changes aren't coming to hourly associates. They're coming, I know that for a fact. Have fun living in your dream world you condescending douche.

I can tell you for a fact there are no hourly changes at this time.....henceforth move on and do your jobs. No one can predict the future and in 3 months they could do more but I was speaking to the RIGHT NOW, and there are no changes to hourlies so my suggestion to all is to do the best you can.

To the 1st person who commented. You're an idiot if you think this stops with salaried associates. It's just phase 2. Don't get comfy in your roll. No doubt in my mind that you will be hung out to dry not far down the road.

Please don’t judge they are only concerned and would like to put this behind them. Sounds like your in a position to go with the flow. Maybe you’ve saved money for the future live at home possibly in your youth have no bills what ever it may be, please don’t judge those who want to know what the future holds.

90% of what you read has some truth to it. All you can do is be prepared “if” it is true, don’t wait for the surprise.

time will tell. this week is the biggest week ever. hourly jobs prob after ybm. the mgrs situation will take time to sort out. so to speak, and mm will be gone. then they will be ready to focus on hourly. that was assumed from the beginning that march would be the time. acct happened sooner than expected because of those machines being ready sooner.

I realize that. That’s why I’m telling them they aren’t affected. They can move on and focus on their jobs.

Don't be so harsh. Rumors have been circulating about these positions for some time. They have every right to be concerned. They have bills to pay. Worried about their future and what's going to happen. They have plans on hold.
