Keep hearing nightcrew is moving to 4am. Is there any clubs doing this now?

What can they do at 3pm. Pallets have to be dropped with a forklift and most clubs are pretty packed at 3pm
If you can't work the different hours are you offered severance? That's a big jump to go from 9p-5:30a to 4am-noon
So, for the clubs on the program what happens to the receiving lead and the clerk?
We are a club, it does add people to your staff, that is a key! Most of mine don’t like it! But we make it work! I work both shifts throughout the week as a team lead.
We’ve been doing it in our club for a couple months. The 3pm to12am people hate it. They feel like they don’t have a life.
We’re doing it in the Midwest. Working out great! More associates on the floor from open to close, shelves are stocked and looking good, really no issues other than finding applicants that actually want to work.

uummmm....this is unintelligible...what in the world are you trying to say about 1 AM and 2 PM ??
15 clubs on this test. No job loss in transition (actually added people), 2 shifts. Most clubs running it where one works one or the other not both.
Is this for all clubs? If so, any timetable to when this will start?
It two shift 4 am to 12pm then the other shift is 3pm to 12am. Split off days is going to be epic
