They would rather close a club then let UNION in it’s a fact!
You people that call unions scumbags really need some education in your life or Mabry just common sense do you believe that sams club pays you a competitive wage out of the kindness of there hearts. Wise up that's to compete with union shops and there wages even though you don't work with a union they are the ones responsible for your competitive wage not walmart that's for sure. i know if i were facing a termination sure wish I had a union representative negotiating my severance package not walmart telling me what I am eligible for. Wake up stop drinking walmart Kool aide they do not care about any of us. Sam Walton must be wanting to come back from the grave this is the complete opposite of what he wanted for his employees or company.

Unions would help Walmart and Sam's Club employees out a ton. Too many people have been drinking Walmart's Kool-Aid in here.
They're not against unions to protect us, they are against them to protect themselves from us.

Yes be like Kroger, where you work for years and get virtually little to no raise. Like a dime a year. And start at Minimum wage. No bonuses. And everytime you try to make full time, right before you hit the required hours for the required consecutive weeks they slash your hours efficiently nullifying your efforts to become one.
