Performing plus, but getting a measly ~1.0%?

WTF?

This company just got a multi year, multi billion dollar tax windfall, but gives only 1% (or less!) raises,? And b---s--- fake stock fake out? Mother F-ck. Can't wait for my riff.

actually your bonus will be paid last payday of February.

Your raise will not be in effect until late March along with your 401K profit sharing. That number will decided by the Vz Board of directors.

Last years really s---ed.....

Does anyone know if those of us impacted by the December layoffs will receive the STI? This is what it says on the agreement.

If you are eligible for a prorated STI award, and your last day on payroll is prior to December 29, 2017, this amount is based on a

threshold factor of 67%. If you are eligible and your last day on payroll is on or after December 29, 2017, your 2017 STI award will

not be prorated and you will be eligible for a full-year STI award for the 2017 plan year, subject to normal STI plan provisions. In this

case, the prorated amount above will reflect zero and the amount of your 2017 STI award will be determined during the annual

compensation planning process and will be based on individual and company performance and will be payable in February 2018.

d) If your last day on payroll is on or after December 29, 2017, your 2017 MBO, CEI or SQI, if applicable, will not be prorated. You will

be eligible for a full fourth quarter MBO, CEI and SQI, subject to normal compensation plan provisions. Your MBO, CEI and SQI

award will be paid out at actual fourth quarter attainment with your final commission check.

ekh- The value of the 50 equivalent shares has nothing to do with the opening price. The shares will be worth whatever the value is on the vesting dates. It is fully explained on the Company's eweb:

The actual value of your payout depends upon the closing price of Verizon’s common stock on each of the vesting dates, 1/31/19 and 1/31/20.

Jokes on you jokers. I got a bonus of 50 shares, multiplied by whatever the stock is trading for on wednesdays' open.

OP here, I asked my coworkers, our management didn't say anything to any of us about a raise. I was wondering if any othere locations were told a percentage or that there will be no raises this year :/
