No one was yet terminated today. They were displaced. They have options and if they don’t want options then they will receive severance after 60 days. Basically it comes down to cms/assistants with coachings and talent. If your a horrible cm and have a dirty, out of stock club over and over then you did it to yourself. No one to blame.

I'm one of them and train several of managers not even one 1 coaching. But it's for the best gave 19 years and they tell people that is the talent. But I'm happy God is good.....
The managers let go today we’re some of the best in the market. It’s nothing to joke about. Peoples lives are changing and families going through a major change.
Elaborate on the cheese biscuit dilema. Was this covered on the call today? What brand are they looking at?
Has anyone gotten Cheese Biscuits in yet? Getting killed on MxVoices over Cheese Biscuits and 1.75 Velveeta
Did everyone receive General cobra notice for associates and their covered dependent letter?
I'd like to ask the orginal poster to help me understand the difference between the term "terminated" and the term "displaced".
For some reason, my brain is processing the two in the same fashion, kind of like synonyms.
Hey @qmr you cracked me up - I wish TheLayoff had a like button...
No it's not. Displaced sounds oh so much better. Janitor is not as esthetic as Maintenance Engineer. Short is worse than vertically challenged. Being between jobs is much better than being unemployed.
Being an underperformer is far superior to being a worthless jerk. Get it?
Really displaced is the same as terminated
They fired really good Managers, one was considered best in the market, certainly had the best performing store. Different markets are going to see different things I'm sure.
