Tomorrow it will be announced about the new management restructure. All current assistant managers will have to re-apply for a job. This will give the clubs that have closed a opportunity for there managers to apply for clubs. This is also a great way to get rid of managers who have coachings and For the ones who have a 2nd or 3rd coaching and poor evaluation I wish you luck.

These cuts are real. Club man gone 3 asistants gone. My club man no coachings ran the most profitable club in michigan so not based on performance ay all. Maybe made too much money idk?
I got a good question to ask what happened to all managers have good performance do they get to stay or they going to let them go???? Hmm
It’s obvious this poster doesn’t have a clue and has never been part of the company restructuring process. If they decide to cut Managers today it will be based on performance evaluations and coachings on file, in return the managers that were part of the club closings who have a good performance evaluation will be able to apply for these open positions and must be willing to relocate. Managers remember several months ago when you had to complete the survey that was emailed out to you this is all part of this process. Good luck to everyone today and keep your head up and remember it’s not the end of the world there will be other opportunities out there.
