Amazon has to charge tax if they have a location in your state. Although for some reason only some of my purchases have been taxed. Not sure the reasoning.
As much as I enjoy reading a good conspiracy theory, this time the answer is really simple - this site has rules. They don't allow personal insults, nor revealing personally identifiable information. And if you violate one of their rules, site admins nuke everything you ever written and block your IP.
Home office checking in..
The site cannot be an outlet for insider trading laws to be broken. A rumor is different than someone with alleged factual information about future changes.
I personally do not think WM has any influence on the site. Nor do I think WM has as far of a reach as some think it does. One example of WM not getting what it wants is tax laws with online sales. Amazon does not charge tax and WM.com does. This is a huge battle that WM continues to loose.
How would they remove it if they aren’t in control of this site?
I think our home office got on here and removed those comments. Sometimes I think they pretend they are one of us and make comments
I don’t think he got silenced I think some of the trash talk caused it to get removed
