EISP 2018

I know of three departments that were offered the special EISP during 2017. I have heard rumors in Dec. 2017 from my first and second level about a March 2018 EISP, but the talk seems to have quieted down and I haven't heard anything lately.

Anyone interested can keep their fingers crossed. I believe interest rates and the other rates that influence the lump sum (GATT,etc.) are set to rise and that will decrease the lump sum.

You think the pension is guaranteed if the company goes bankrupt? That's freakin' hilarious!

I've heard about it a ton but didn't know the exact acronym. Thank you!

Don't listen to that fool. Stick around to get all that you bargained for. These chumps make me laugh going around quitting jobs all the time instead of fighting to make them better. Moving from job to job will get you nowhere slowly.

Enhanced Income Security Plan. Hard to imagine you work at Verizon and never heard of EISP.

An EISP OFFER would be great!

But, The Lump Sum will soon be a thing of the past, as far as people wanting to take it. Every time the Fed raises the rate THE LUMP GOES DOWN!

I'll take the EISP and the guaranteed pension!

And the sooner the better.
