With all the negativity and rumors that's been flying around the last couple of weeks maybe this person is just trying to put a little positivity into the situation. Nothing wrong with that.. We all know changes are coming and there is nothing any of us can do so instead of being nasty to one another why don't we all try some positivity ourselves. It wouldn't hurt. And I totally agree with the one on here that's says to just have a plan in place.
Ask the audit team if anything happened. Apparently you haven't been with the company very long Jobs have been cut for the last 3 years. After 30 years im ready to take the severance pkg and be done with this company.

wow, what an idiot. So you think their gonna close 63 sams clubs, displace over 309 managers and thousand of team leads and not have changes in the existing clubs? Let’s take for instance. A city where there’s two sams clubs and one shuts down. The managers in the one shut down have no coachings and the one that’s open the managers have 2 or more. Do you think that those managers will prob be displaced? you should! Why the manager survey that we took a few months ago and why did the market managers call every club manager and ask 3 questions about each assistant manager? Obviously i’m a manager and I had to reply to your post because it is mind boggling that you don’t believe something is happening in clubs that remain open. Market managers have a meetin in Dallas all of this week. They will come back the following Monday and have a cm manager meeting in the first of the week which will then role put to the rest of the managers. Remember operation pretzel? this will be time 3 i believe so get off your high horse about nothing happening. And i agree with previous comment, if you didn’t think anything was happening, you wouldn’t have been on this site!
