The company requires all RTvs to be completed every year that is certainly nothing new. It is normal business stop spreading false alarm where it is not needed
Yeah claims get your RTV’s done before end of fiscal year. No claims layoffs kk
All of the impacted associates for the closed clubs have the same opportunity to find another position within Sams club or walmart just as any upcoming eliminated position will. Stop being jerks on here and try being supportive.
Yeah the self centered nature of this board is really coming out. Entire clubs shut down and some jerk thinks “what about just me, myself, and I”
Look if you are a good associate you will be moved to a new position. So if you are nervous about it that should tell you a lot about the type of worker you are.
Always look to walmart as they lead the charge in regards to changes in positions. When walmart eliminates claims on their side the you can be concerned it will be eliminated at Sams 1-2 years later. Just under two years ago they made the changes in their accounting offices that we have just come to see on our side. The eliminated their invoice clerks on the Wal-Mart at the same time as accounting.
They’ll give claims the invoice duties like they did at Walmart.
Pray to Jesus that you still have a club to work at. This is not a time to worry about position eliminations when 10,000 are possibly without an option to find something else like you would on a position cut.
God bless all.
No, claims has too any reason responsibilities. Tasks would start to be taken away and it would be noticeable. Totally calling claims safe here, my opinion .
