When are we supposed to get that bonus of 10-11% of our salary or whatever it is? Is it March? I’ve heard different things.
Thinking about leaving this sh--hole soon...may even get laid off who knows...just wanna make sure I get that bonus.

You will receive your 11% bonus for 2017 and you WILL receive your bonus next year as well for the time you were there after Jan-1.
Thats per HR 5 days ago.
Word is only limited bonuses this year. Some of you will not receive any bonus.
The March bonus for exempt employees is not "guaranteed" for ANY employee in any part of the business. The payout is calculated using fuzzy math with regard to your business organizations performance against metrics established early last year. If your business organization met or surpassed those metrics, your payout is calculated accordingly. And if you worked last year, they have to pay you accordingly, regardless if you decide to leave company now or are surplussed. If you leave the company prior to the payout, they will send it to you.
The forced new contract is worthless the union said the goal was job security and then is turning around and suing the company to intended layoffs. I am leaving because AT&T will not treat me like a slave and not pay.
I’m first level management and if I remember correctly last year it was either received at the end of March or beginning of April.
This may not be applicable for Union Folks but: Annual (not special like the $1k) Bonus is normally paid on the first paycheck in March. You will be advised of the bonus amount and other pay related things sometime in late February (normally). They cover Bonus, Pay increases (if applicable), incentive payments, and your benefits.
You already got it. $1000 in December.
A bonus is not guaranteed on the side of the Company I work for. It is at the discretion of your direct supervisor, 10% would be at the higher end also.
