Tips to avoid surplus. 1) Complete all training on time. 2) Never argue with any of your co workers and never vocalize your true opinion. 3) Always put your best effort in your work . 4) Document everything and if you are struggling on a task seek help. 5) Never trust anyone. 6) Try to praise your manager and make them feel as though they are superior. 7) Volunteer in company sponsered events 8) Make your self visiable but never show all your abilities . 9) Keep all records updated (Skills Assessments , Resume, etc) 10) Network , Network Network .. always try to make connections outside of your work group and offer your service to any group if needed.
