Has anyone heard of any changes coming to the fresh departments? Leads being forced to re interview for their position? Position's being eliminated? FAM's being let go?

Fresh is the main focus of the company, more reason for them to restructure the departments. I have heard that the fresh lead role will be changing. I have not heard if this means an elimination of a lead or maybe leads having to re interview for their position much like the FAM restructure last year. Any fresh leads hear anything like that?

Well now if u interview for a fresh teamlead spot you have to send in you picture to Kyle K my thoughts is that could be set up for discrimination if you are not pretty enough young enough or strong enough or handsome enough ..... I do not think that is right . Ur looks don’t have anything to do with ur ability to do the job!!!!Sma club is setting up for legal issues!
